Does the Employer have to pay Zakat ul Fitr on behalf of his workers
Answer By Dr Zakir Naik, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "Give Zakaat-ul-Fitr for the people who are under your custody whether young or old whether free or slave" its mentioned in a Sahih Hadith of Sunan Baihaqi Vol. no. 4 Book of Zakaat Hadith no. 7683.
